Job Description

We’re seeking an organized, design-minded coordinator to help bring Monarch’s event designs to life. You’ll be the glue between logistics and aesthetics, supporting the team from warehouse prep to day-of event production.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves seeing ideas come together, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves on event days.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with event styling, décor placement, and on-site problem solving
  • Manage checklists and ensure every detail is executed to Monarch’s standards
  • Help prepare and organize inventory prior to events
  • Work with the planning team to carry out event setup plans and schedules smoothly.
  • Help reset and clear event spaces once celebrations wrap up
  • Organize, pack, and store décor and supplies carefully for future events
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to complete setups and breakdowns on time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Event, hospitality, or production experience preferred
  • Calm under pressure with an eye for design
  • Weekend availability during event season (May-October)
  • Reliable transportation and a can-do attitude

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — our go-to expert for all things heavy, organized, and essential. This role combines warehouse organization with on-site event setup, helping move, stage, and load our curated furniture, draping, and décor pieces.

You’ll play a key role in transforming venues, ensuring every piece arrives safely and every space looks its best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lift, move, and/or transport furniture and décor pieces
  • Assist with event installations, deliveries, and tear-downs
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and efficient for event prep
  • Support the production team with logistics on event days
  • Keep accurate inventory counts and report any missing or damaged items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Inspect and perform basic maintenance on event equipment to ensure quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
  • Weekend availability during event season (May-October)
  • Comfortable with basic tools, loading trailers, or driving larger vehicles (preferred but not required)
  • Positive attitude and pride in hands-on work
  • Experience in events, moving, or logistics is a plus
