Junior Designer & Event Production Lead

As our Junior Designer & Event Production Lead, you'll work to bring weddings and events to life, from the first planning meeting to the last piece loaded out. You'll help shape each design, lead setup crews on event day, and run events on your own as you grow.
- Help design weddings and events from start to finish: mood boards, decor selections, floor plans, and rental lists
- Join client consults and venue walkthroughs, and take notes on design details and logistics
- Prepare orders and event packets, including pull lists, timelines, and load lists
- Coordinate with planners, venues, and vendors on access times, setup windows, and day-of changes
- Lead setup and teardown crews on event day so every install matches the design
- Run events independently as the lead on site
- Install draping, florals, lighting, furniture, and specialty pieces
- Help care for inventory, including cleaning, repairs, and putting things back after events
- Pitch in on marketing and content, like capturing photos and video at events, keeping our website and rental products up to date, and sharing ideas for marketing initiatives and our portfolio
What we're looking for: 1–2 years of experience in event design, event planning, marketing, or business, a good eye for design, and the ability to stay calm and solution-minded. You'll need to be comfortable with physical work like lifting 50 lbs, ladders, being on your feet, and be available on weekends during wedding season. A valid driver's license is required.
Salary Range: $45,000-$58,000 per year

Event Production Coordinator

We’re seeking an organized, design-minded coordinator to help bring Monarch’s event designs to life. You’ll be the glue between logistics and aesthetics, supporting the team from warehouse prep to day-of event production.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves seeing ideas come together, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves on event days.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with event styling, décor placement, and on-site problem solving
- Manage checklists and ensure every detail is executed to Monarch’s standards
- Help prepare and organize inventory prior to events
- Work with the planning team to carry out event setup plans and schedules smoothly.
- Help reset and clear event spaces once celebrations wrap up
- Organize, pack, and store décor and supplies carefully for future events
- Collaborate closely with teammates to complete setups and breakdowns on time

- Strong communication and organization skills
- Event, hospitality, or production experience preferred

Warehouse & Logistics Associate

We’re looking for someone who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — our go-to expert for all things heavy, organized, and essential. This role combines warehouse organization with on-site event setup, helping move, stage, and load our curated furniture, draping, and décor pieces.
You’ll play a key role in transforming venues, ensuring every piece arrives safely and every space looks its best.
What You’ll Do:
- Lift, move, and/or transport furniture and décor pieces
- Assist with event installations, deliveries, and tear-downs
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and efficient for event prep
- Support the production team with logistics on event days
- Keep accurate inventory counts and report any missing or damaged items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on event equipment to ensure quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Weekend availability during event season (May-October)
- Comfortable with basic tools, loading trailers, or driving larger vehicles (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and pride in hands-on work
- Experience in events, moving, or logistics is a plus
